Want an accurate 2D schematic floorplan with measurements? Then you want Matterport! We offer two versions, Matterport Lite & Matterport Pro. See below for the difference between the two.
Matterport Pro
This service is completed using the Matterport Pro 2 Camera giving full 4K resolution and accurate measurements. We include the schematic 2D floor plan for every Matterport Pro service and pricing starts at $250 for up to 3,000 square feet. Contact us for pricing on larger properties.
Matterport Lite
We use our 360 cameras to capture this Matterport scan. This service allows the dollhouse views and Matterport walkthrough but lacks the clarity and measurements from the Pro camera. Matterport Lite starts at $125 for up to 3,000 square feet. Matterport Lite isn’t available for homes larger than 5,000 square feet.
With Matterport we provide a link you can share on the MLS or any other website where you’re marketing the property. There’s also an available embed code allowing you to make the tour part of your personal website.

These prices are for one year, after one year you either need to transfer ownership to your own Matterport account or buy another year at the same price.
